++OLD BUSINESS++

Other than the Club Hive info given in the Vice Presidents Update. There wasn’t any other old business to discuss.

The Annual Members’ Picnics was discussed, and planning began with some volunteers committing and it was determined we would coordinate the various aspects of members volunteering and their bringing of sides and deserts, on the Facebook page. The Club will provide meat, bread and drinks.

Lia will talk to the church about the Pavillion and or use of the gym if needed.
