-discussed new T-shirt design and cost for Caldwell County Beekeepers; we will pre-order the shirts and offer sizes M-2XL – cost for M-XL $13 and 2XL $15. Contact Linda Moretz to pre-order. Anyone going to the July State Conference is urged to wear their new shirt so our group is easily recognized.
-discussed GAP and some of the “thank you” cards Doug received for his time and presentation.
-Silent Auction guidelines/rules. Money collected will be donated to Dr. Tarpy and his Lab.
-reminder of July meeting change – Because of the State Bee Conference starting on July 19 (the same day as our monthly meeting), a suggestion was made to move our July monthly meeting back to the 26th. A vote was taken and agreed upon to move the July meeting to the 26th.

-introduced guest speaker, Greg Clements, who talked about Creamed Honey. (Note, recipe and instructions was emailed out by Linda Moretz, along with images of product Greg used – if you need a copy, see Linda)

ANYONE THAT WOULD LIKE TO BE ADDED PLEASE LET LINDA MORETZ KNOW.
-Mickey Hollar is in charge of refreshments and needs folks to volunteer during the year to pick a month to bring some goodies for our meetings.
